Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. water
  • 4 lrg egg white 1 inch thick
  • 1 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 1 c. Asiago Cheese grated
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 4 can (11 ounce. each) refrig. breadsticks such as Pillsbury

Directions

  1. Combine water & whites in shallow bowl. Combine cornmeal, cheeses & paprika in shallow bowl. Spray baking sheet with Pam. Unroll breadstick dough, separating into strips. Roll each piece into 7" long strip. Dip 2 strips in egg white mix, then dredge in cornmeal. Twist strips together, pinching ends to seal; place on baking sheet. repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. or possibly until golden brown.
