Whether you use key limes or regular the taste of the tropics awaits you!  Coconut Lime Pie Bar Recipe Dough 1 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup powdered sugar, plus more for dusting 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2  cup sweetened shredded coconut 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1 teaspoon grated lime zest Filling 4 large eggs 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar 2/3 cup fresh lime juice 1/4 cup flour 1/4 cup coconut 1/2 teaspoon baking powder  Optional : 2 drops green food coloring Dough: Preheat oven to 350.
