Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 c. yellow or possibly white cornmeal, preferably stone grnd
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c. soy lowfat milk or possibly water
- 1 lrg egg, beaten
- 1/8 c. vegetable oil, preferably sunflower
Directions
- Whisk cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt. Make a well in the center. Whisk soy lowfat milk, egg and oil in another bowl. Pour into well. Stir just till moistened.
