Cinnamon Sugar Pecans Recipe

Ingredients

1 x egg white 1 tsp water 1/2 c. sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 2 c. pecans Beat egg white and water till frothy. Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt together.

Directions

1. Stir into egg white mix. Toss with pecans. Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 200 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 min.
