Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Quick Cooking Oats
  • 1/2 c. Sweetened Granola
  • 1/4 c. All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 c. Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Margarine
  • 5 c. Peeled, Sliced Peaches
  • 1 tsp Grnd Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp Margarine, melted

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the oats, granola, 3 Tbsp. flour, and brown sugar. Cut in the 1/4 c. margarine till crumbly. Place 1/2 of the peach slices in an 8-inch square baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining 1 Tbsp. flour.
  2. Sprinkle 1/2 of the oat mix on the peaches. Top with remaining peaches and then remaining oat mix. Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle melted margarine over top.
  3. Bake at 375F degrees for 30 min or possibly till top is golden. Serve hot.
