Chocolate Mousse Pie Recipe
Directions
- In double boiler over warm, not boiling, water, heat chocolate pcs. Remove from heat and cold slightly. Beat in whole egg and 2 egg yolks, 1 at a time. Add in rum flavor. In small bowl with electric mixer at high speed, beat 2 egg whites till soft peaks form. Mix in chocolate mix. Fold one half container whipped topping into chocolate mix. Pour into crust. Refrigeratetill set. Swirl with remaining topping on top. Garnish with chocolate curls.
