Ingredients Convert Measures

  • Lowfat milk
  • Chocolate-flavored syrup
  • Vanilla ice cream

Directions

  1. Put 3/4 lowfat milk, 1/4 c. chocolate-flavored syrup, and 3 large scoops (about 1 1/2 c.) vanilla ice cream in a covered blender on low speed for about 10 seconds or possibly till smooth. Put in two tall glasses. Serve and enjoy right away.
  2. Make extra chocolaty by using chocolate ice cream. Any flavor ice cream is good.
