Ingredients

  • 4 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 box devil's food cake mix
  • 1 sm package (4-serving size) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 12 ounce semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Mix together Large eggs, lowfat sour cream, oil and water. Add in cake mix and chocolate pudding mix. Mix well.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 45-55 min, till cake springs back when touched. Cold 30 min before removing from pan. Invert on a plate, and dust with powdered sugar when cold.
