Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1 box of whole graham crackers
  • 2 boxes (3 ounce. size) instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. whipped cream (1/2 pt. will make 2 c.)

Directions

  1. Line the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan with graham crackers. Whip instant pudding with 2 c. lowfat milk. Then blend whipped cream into pudding mix. Spread proportionately on crackers. Add in another layer of crackers.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients (for icing) and spread proportionately over top layer of crackers. Let sit overnight.
  3. Makes 24 squares.
