Chocolate Eclair Dessert Recipe
- Whole graham crackers
- 2 sm. boxes instant French vanilla pudding
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (8 ounce. or possibly 9 ounce.) Cold Whip
Directions
- Butter bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Line with whole graham crackers. Mix pudding with lowfat milk and beat at medium speed for 2 min. Blend in Cold Whip. Pour half of mix over graham crackers. Then place second layer of crackers over pudding and then pour remaining pudding over crackers. Cover with another layer of graham crackers. Chill for 2 hrs, then frost it.
