Ingredients Convert Measures
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c. icing sugar
- 1 lg. container Cold Whip
- 2 (4 ounce.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- Chocolate curls or possibly chocolate sprinkles
Directions
- FIRST LAYER: Heat butter in 9x13 inch pan. Fold in flour and pat into bottom of pan. Bake for 20 min at 350 degrees. Let cold.
- SECOND LAYER: Mix cream cheese, icing sugar and 1/2 container Cold Whip. Spread over first layer.
- THIRD LAYER: Mix chocolate pudding with lowfat milk. Allow to set a bit, then pour over second layer. Let set.
- FOURTH LAYER: Spread rest of Cold Whip over third layer. Decorate with chocolate curls or possibly sprinkles.
