Ingredients Convert Measures
- 2 rolls Pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough
- 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Freeze rolls slightly for easier slicing. Cut up first roll in 1/4" slices and press together in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar, Large eggs and vanilla till smooth. Pour over layer in pan. Cut second roll in 1/4" slices and lay proportionately over cheese mix (it will bake together). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Cold. Keep refrigerated.
