Chilli Tomato Dip Recipe

Directions
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over a moderate heat, add in the onion, garlic, chillies and tomatoes. Cook the ingredients for 4-5 min.
- Sieve the cooked tomatoes into a bowl and add in tabasco and seasoning to taste.
- Chill if you like and serve.
- NOTES : A warm spicy sauce to accompany breaded prawns.
