Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 2 lb Grnd chuck (or possibly more)
  • 2 lrg Onions, minced
  • 1/2 c. Oil
  • 1 tsp Red pepper
  • 1/2 c. Chili pwdr
  • 4 can (16-ounce) tomatoes, and juice
  • 2 can (16-ounce) kidney beans or possibly chili warm beans
  • 1 pkt (small) spaghetti

Directions

  1. Brown grnd chuck in oil with onions. Drain excess fat. Mash or possibly chop tomatoes & add in with rest of ingredients except spaghetti. Simmer at least 1 hour. Add in spaghetti & simmer another hour. Stir occasionally. (May need to add in some water.)
