Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix cheeses together well. Spread single layer of chips in sheetcake pan or possibly pizza pan. Drop chile by spoonful randomly over chips. Sprinkle layer of cheese over top. Repeat with chips, chile, then cheese. Repeat process till all ingredients are gone, ending with cheese on top. Bake till brown and bubbly. Serve with fresh salsa and guacamole.
