Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 fryer chicken, cut in serving pcs (chicken wings or possibly breast are preferred)
- 1 c. orange juice
- Seasoned salt
- Garlic salt
Directions
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and garlic salt. Bake in casserole dish for 30 min. Pour orange juice over chicken and continue to bake till chicken is done. Serves 4.
- Suggestion: Make sure orange juice is sufficient and not completely cooked out when chicken is finished cooking.
