Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 (4 ounce.) can minced green chilies
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 teaspoon grnd cumin
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 c. minced cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, divided
- Taco shells
- Shredded lettuce
- Minced tomato
Directions
- Cook and stir onions, chilies and seasonings in butter over medium-high heat, 2-3 min. Reduce heat to medium-low, stir in chicken, lowfat sour cream and 1 c. cheese. Heat till cheese melts, about 2-3 min.
- For each serving, fill taco shell with chicken mix, lettuce and remaining cheese. Garnish with minced tomato. Makes 10 tacos.
