Chicken Sloppy Joes Recipe

  1. Lightly spray an unheated large skillet with no-stick spray. Add in the chicken; cook till no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Drain and throw away the fat and juices.
  2. Add in the green pepper, onion, tomato, carrot, and garlic. Cook over medium heat till tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, oats, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat. Cover and simmer for 10 min. Serve the mix in the buns.
  3. Yield: 6 servings.
