Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 whole fryer chicken (pull out bag & rinse)
- 7 c. water
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 carrots
- Dash of garlic salt
- 1 Lipton golden brown onion soup mix
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 to 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- Noodles of your choice
Directions
- Boil chicken and water for 2 min. Cover and reduce heat and cook for two hrs. Remove chicken. Break off pcs of chicken. Return chicken pcs to water and add in remaining ingredients. Cook uncovered. Bring to a boil. Add in noodles while boiling, stir around. Reduce heat and simmer for 1/2 hour, covered. Soup can be frzn.
