Ingredients

  • 8 ounce. noodles, cooked
  • 3 c. chicken, cooked and diced
  • 2 c. chicken broth, thicken
  • 2 tbsp. green pepper
  • 1 sm. onion
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. corn flakes or possibly potato chips

Directions

  1. Cook and drain noodles. Cook chicken and dice, reserving liquid. Thicken liquid with flour. Saute/fry pepper and onion in small amount of butter till tender. Add in all ingredients except corn flakes. Crush corn flakes and top casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
