Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1/2 chicken
- 2 c. celery
- 1 1/2 c. onion
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 c. chicken stock
- Soy sauce to taste
- 1 can Chinese vegetables
Directions
- Cook celery and onion in chicken stock till tender. Use some of the stock for dissolving the cornstarch. Add in chicken and can of Chinese vegetables. Heat well. Serve over chow mein noodles or possibly rice.
