Ingredients

  • 10 c. Diced cooked chicken
  • 10 c. Minced celery
  • 2 bn Green onions with tops, sliced
  • 2 can Minced green chiles (4-ounce- each)
  • 1 can Pitted ripe olives, liquid removed and sliced (5 3/4-ounce)
  • 2 c. Slivered almonds
  • 5 c. Shredded cheddar cheese, divided (20-ounce.)
  • 2 c. Mayonaise
  • 2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 5 c. Crushed potato chips

Directions

  1. Combine the first 6 ingredients. Add in 2 c. cheese. Mix mayonaise and lowfat sour cream; add in to chicken mix and toss. Spoon into 2 greased 13"x9"x2" baking dishes. Sprinkle with chips. Top with remaining cheese.
  2. Bake uncovered, at 350, for 20-25 min or possibly till warm.
