Chicken Cacciatore Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 med. onions, minced
- 1 green pepper, minced
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pt. tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme (optional)
- 1 (13 ounce.) can fri-chick
- Cooked spaghetti or possibly rice
Directions
- Saute/fry onion and green pepper in oil till soft. Add in tomato sauce and herbs. Simmer 15 min. Break fri-chick into bite size pcs and add in to sauce. Simmer 15 min. Serve over rice or possibly spaghetti.
