Ingredients Convert Measures
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic pwdr
- 1 lg. can tomato puree
Directions
- Brown chicken breasts (sliced) in extra virgin olive oil (about 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil). Add in onions, pepper, salt, pepper, and garlic pwdr. Cook for 10 min over medium flame. Add in 1 large can tomato puree. Cover and cook till done.
