Ingredients Convert Measures
- 3 c. cooked chicken
- 1 (20 ounce.) pkg. frzn string beans
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 sm. pkg. Stove Top stuffing
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Butter a 9x13 pan; put 2/3 of dry dressing in pan. Spread partially cooked beans over dressing, then add in mushrooms, then chicken chunks. Mix lowfat milk with soup and pour over beans, chicken and mushrooms.
- Mix 1 c. stuffing with 1/2 c. warm water and 4 Tbsp. butter. Spread over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 min.
