Ingredients

  • 9 x Lasagne noodles
  • 1 x 10 Ounce. package Spinach, frzn
  • 1 x block Crack a Barrell White Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 c. Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce, dark
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream
  • 4 1/2 ounce Jar Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/3 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 c. Pecans, minced
  • 3 c. Chicken, shredded

Directions

  1. Mix spinach, chicken and next 11 ingredients. Grease 11x17 dish. Layer cooked noodles and mix. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese. For topping, heat the butter in a skillet and add in pecans cooking for 3 min. Top caserole with pecans and bake uncovered on 350 for 30-45 min. 350
