Ingredients Convert Measures
- 2 c. diced chicken
- 2 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 med. onion, diced
- 2 c. cooked rice
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 c. Best Foods mayonnaise
- 1 c. sliced almonds (essential)
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 8 hard cooked Large eggs, sliced
- 2 c. diced celery
Directions
- Pour into casserole. Top with cornflakes (or possibly what's around). Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 min. May top with grated cheese. 10 to 12 servings. Nice for lunch.
