Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 c. white chocolate baking chips
  • 6 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 c. butter brickle baking bits, optional

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 inch-square baking pan.
  2. Heat 1 c. of the white chocolate chips and the butter or possibly margarine over low heat. Set aside to cold slightly.
  3. Beat together the Large eggs and sugar till frothy. Add in the vanilla. Slowly fold in the chocolate mix. Gradually add in the flour and beat till smooth. Spread the batter in the prepared pan.
  4. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/3 c. white chocolate chips and brickle bits, if using. Bake for 30 to 35 min.
  5. Place the pan on a wire rack and allow to cold completely before cutting into squares.
