Ingredients Convert Measures

- 1 Tbsp. Cognac
- 1 c. Cream cheese (or possibly cottage)
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 x Egg yolk
- 1 tsp Melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 tsp Grated lemon rind
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Servings: 1
- Mix raisins with cognac. Cream together cheese, sugar, and flour. Stir in egg yolk, then melted butter, lowfat sour cream, lemon rind, and vanilla. Add in cognac-soaked raisins.
