Cathe's Beef And Snow Peas Recipe

- Cut beef into chunks, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll in 2 Tablespoons cornstarch. Add in beef to soy sauce and brandy; mix well.
- Saute/fry garlic; remove. Cook meat (don't add in extra batter); remove.
- Stir fry onion until limp, add in snow peas and heated broth. Cover and steam 15 to 20 seconds, till veggies are crisp-tender. Return meat and thicken with 2 Tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 c. cool water.
