Caramel Topped Rolls/Sticky Buns

Ingredients

  • 2 loaves (1 pound each) frzn white bread
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 packages. (4 ounce) vanilla pudding (don't use instant pudding)
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 T lowfat milk
  • 1 c. minced nuts

Directions

  1. Thaw slightly one loaf of bread and break into small pcs. Place in one layer in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Heat butter, add in dry pudding, brown sugar, cinnamon, lowfat milk and nuts. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.Cool slightly and pour mix evenly over rolls. Break other loaf of bread into small pcs and place on top of first layer of rolls. Let rise in warm place to top of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Invert immediately.
