Ingredients

  • 1 can Campbell's cream of chicken with herbs soup
  • 1 pkt frzn mixed vegetables - (9 ounce) thawed
  • 1 c. cubed cooked chicken
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 c. all-purpose baking mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix soup, vegetables and chicken in 9-inch pie plate. Mix lowfat milk, egg and baking mix. Pour over chicken mix.
  3. Bake 30 min or possibly till golden brown.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
