Ingredients Convert Measures
- If desired tart lemon flavor, try the variation for Double Lemon Cookies.
- 1 x 18 1/(4-oz) lemon cake mix with pudding
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 x (16-oz) container ready-to-spread lemon frosting
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheet.
- Mix dry cake mix, oil and Large eggs in large bowl with spoon till dough forms.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake about 8 min or possibly till set.
- Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cold completely. Frost.
- Double Lemon Cookies: Measure 2 Tbsp. lemon juice plus sufficient vegetable oil to equal 1/2 c.. Substitute this mix for the 1/2 c. oil and continue as directed above.
