Ingredients Convert Measures

  •     If desired tart lemon flavor, try the variation for Double Lemon Cookies.
  • 1 x 18 1/(4-oz) lemon cake mix with pudding
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 x (16-oz) container ready-to-spread lemon frosting

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheet.
  2. Mix dry cake mix, oil and Large eggs in large bowl with spoon till dough forms.
  3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake about 8 min or possibly till set.
  4. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cold completely. Frost.
  5. Double Lemon Cookies: Measure 2 Tbsp. lemon juice plus sufficient vegetable oil to equal 1/2 c.. Substitute this mix for the 1/2 c. oil and continue as directed above.
