Ingredients Convert Measures
- 2 c. Catsup
- 2 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Corn syrup, light
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. Molasses
- 2 tsp Liquid Smoke
- 1 tsp Tabasco
- 1 tsp Maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Accent
- 1/2 tsp BBQ seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar, dark
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
- Combine remaining ingredients and bring to boil, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat and add in spices.
- Simmer for 40-45 min, stirring occasionally.
- Cold to room temp. Sauce keeps for up to 4 months.
