Ingredients

  • 2 (6 ounce) packages. butterscotch pcs
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream or possibly evaporated lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in inset. Set control at 300 degrees. Cook, uncovered, stirring constantly till butterscotch pcs heat. Reduce heat to 150 degrees for serving. Provide an assortment of "dunkables" cut in bite-size pcs - fruit, marshmallows, ladyfingers or possibly lb cake. Yields: 2 cups.
