Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. onion, minced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Lg. can mushroom pcs, not fresh
  • 8 ounce Velveeta cheese, in pcs
  • 10 ounce frzn minced broccoli, cooked and liquid removed

Directions

  1. Saute onion in butter; add in soup, mushrooms, broccoli. When this mix is hot, add in cheese stirring frequently. Season with salt, pepper and garlic pwdr to taste. Serves 10.
