Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 x # pork sausage, cooked & liquid removed
- 1/4 x # mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1 1/4 c. Bisquick
- 12 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp dry oregano leaves
- 2 med tomatoes, minced
- 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x 13 pan Layer sausage, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and cheese in dish. Beat remaining ingredients; pour over sausage mix. Bake till golden and set, about 30-45 min. Serve 12.
