Ingredients Convert Measures
- 6 x Large eggs well beaten
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 5 slc White bread torn into pcs, (up to 6)
- 1 c. Grated cheddar cheese
- 1 lb Cooked crumbled breakfast sausage
- 1 tsp Each of salt, dry mustard, pepper.
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and poor into greased 9 x 13 inch pan or possibly 2 qt casserole. May chill overnight if you like. Bake at 350 for 40 - 45 min.
