Ingredients

  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 3 c. Water
  • 1 whl clove garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. Brandy

Directions

  1. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine sugar, the water, and clove.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Reduce heat and simmer 10 min, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in brandy, and cold to room temperature.
  3. Serving Ideas : Pour over Baked Halvah
