A luxurious and stylish sauce for mushrooms. Serve on a toasted bread with some crumble of blue cheese for a delicious experience.

Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1.5lt white wine
  • 1.5lt veal stock
  • 1.5lt chicken stock
  • 100 eschallotte (fine chopped)
  • 70gr garlic (fine chopped)
  • 20gr salt
  • 50turns black pepper mill
  • 3sticks rosemary
  • 500ml olive oil
  • mushrooms (any type, we use brown mushrooms or potabella)

Directions

  1. Prepare Mushroom Sauce---
  2. Boil all in a pot and simmer until all flavours have been released
  3. Cook mushrooms to order in the liquid until tender.
  4. Serve on Toasted Bread---
  5. Serve on toasted bread (we use ciabatta).
  6. Crumble some blue cheese on top and pour some hot sauce on top to melt it.
