Ingredients

  • 9 ounce Whole Wheat Flour
  • 18 ounce White Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 pkt Yeast
  • 3 Tbsp. Oil
  • 2 1/8 c. Water

Directions

  1. 1.Pour flours into bowl;add in yeast and sugar and mix the oil and water together, lukewarm, and add in to flours and let rise 10 min. 2.Add in the salt and knead all to a dough. Separate into 3 pcs and braid them to a braid. 3.Put on cookie sheet and brush with lowfat milk. 4.Put in 50 C oven and let rise again.Than put oven on 200 C and bake for 30 min.
