Onion, minced Green pepper, minced 2 cloves chopped garlic 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

28 ounce. pureed tomatoes 1 can tomato paste 1 c. red wine

Directions

1. Du mp together. Bring together to boil, then lower heat to simmer 1/2 hour. Add in minced tomatoes, mushrooms, more wine, browned hamburger, sausage, whatever.
