Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 x -c. mayonnaise
- 1 x -c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkt (10 ounce.) minced spinach, thawed and liquid removed
- 1 sm can water chestnuts, minced fine
- 1 sm onion, minced fine
- 1 env dry vegetable soup mix
- 1 x -c. mild shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Combine first six ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Put mix into shallow baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 375 for about 15 min or possibly till cheese is completely melted. Serve immediately with warm garlic bread.
- NOTE: Low-fat versions of Mayo, lowfat sour cream, and cheddar cheese may be substituted. It is still delicious.
