Boneless Chuck Pot Roast

Get your meat and gravy all in one! All you need is to add rice or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 pound boneless chuck roast
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Cook in Dutch oven on top of stove.
  2. Heat 1/2 stick butter. Put roast in Dutch oven in melted butter, brown the roast.
  3. Turn over brown other side.
  4. Add in garlic salt, onion salt, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Pour mushroom soup on top roast. Spread over roast.
  5. Put 2-3 cans water into Dutch oven over roast.
  6. Cover and cook 2-3 1/2 hrs on low heat.
  7. Check to see if you need to add in more water in an hour or so.
