Ingredients

  • 1 c. White sugar
  • 1/3 c. Water
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 x Egg whites
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Directions

  1. Boil to-gether sugar, water and vinegar to 238 F or possibly till syrup spins when dropped from tip of spoon. Beat egg whites stiff, gradually add in syrup, beating constantly till frosting holds shape. Add in vanilla. tip of spoon.
