Ingredients Convert Measures
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1 c. Oil
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 can (large) evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 c. Minced pecans
- 1 c. Coconut
Directions
- Blend sugars & oil together. Add in Large eggs one at a time as you beat the batter.
- As you continue to beat the batter add in the flour, baking pwdr, vanilla, lowfat milk, nuts & coconut. Pour into greased Bundt pan & bake at 350 for 1 hour.
