Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 c. Oil
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 can (large) evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Minced pecans
  • 1 c. Coconut

Directions

  1. Blend sugars & oil together. Add in Large eggs one at a time as you beat the batter.
  2. As you continue to beat the batter add in the flour, baking pwdr, vanilla, lowfat milk, nuts & coconut. Pour into greased Bundt pan & bake at 350 for 1 hour.
