Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1 angel food cake
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners' sugar
  • Pecans (optional)
  • 1 lg. container Cold Whip
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling (can use strawberry or possibly cherry pie filling)

Directions

  1. Break cake up into bite size pcs. Mix lowfat milk, cream cheese, sugar, and 1 c. Cold Whip. Pour mix over cake pcs and mix up. Repeat with pie filling, either fold in or possibly layer on top of mix in casserole dish. Put remaining Cold Whip over all. Sprinkle pecans on top. Chill.
