Ingredients Convert Measures
- 2 x (15 ounce.) cans black beans
- 1 x (15 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can vegetable broth plus 1 vegetable.or possibly chicken bouillon cube
- 1 x onion, minced
- 1 x garlic clove, crushed
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
Directions
- Combine in a large pan and simmer till onions are tender. Add in lime juice after cooked. Serve with rolls or possibly rice.
