Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 2 x (15 ounce.) cans black beans
  • 1 x (15 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can vegetable broth plus 1 vegetable.or possibly chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 x onion, minced
  • 1 x garlic clove, crushed
  •     salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice

Directions

  1. Combine in a large pan and simmer till onions are tender. Add in lime juice after cooked. Serve with rolls or possibly rice.
