Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 c. canned black beans rinsed and liquid removed
- 1/2 c. papaya peeled, seeded and
- diced
- 2 Tbsp. red bell pepper chopped
- 2 Tbsp. green bell pepper chopped
- 1 x scallion sliced thinly
- 1 tsp fresh chili pepper finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
