Directions

  1. Break out big old saucepan. Chop garlic and put on bottom of pan with oil. Now char or possibly blacken the garlic. Add in the sauce, paste and puree. Add in 3 cans of water. Heat till it comes to a boil. Add in (4) different seasonings to taste. Add in the wine (may add in sugar if too bitter). Let simmer over a low flame for about 2 to 2 1/2 hrs, stirring every 10 min. (Add in any leftover meat and then serve.)
